  Bus was smaller than we thought we was getting. Driver was miserable bad experience would not book them again. Have complained to the company and haven't even got back to me.

  DREADFUL SERVICE - and no apologies!!
  Decided on using Actua as they provided the most competitive quote - what a BIG MISTAKE. Driver was nearly 1 hour late, minibus was dirty and he had a bad attitude. As a result of his lateness we missed the beginning of our show. Informed Jack of what happened and up to now no discount, no apology. First and last time.
