  This is the 2nd time they have failed to turn up at an agreed appointment. The first occasion it was down to an administrative error on my suppliers side (they say) however, on the second occasion I called and spoke directly with them and the appointment was agreed, including a time slot. I have left 2 messages for them and now it seems the inbox is full and they can't accept more messages! I truly recommend you look for another electrician and these guys are not very good at all in my opinion.
